Tamale Boy is all about delicious and authentic tamales and other cuisine from various regions throughout Mexico. Their tamaleras make tamales from a recipe and technique that have been passed down in the family for years. In fact, each and every tamale is still hand made!
Ember and Vine is a food cart dedicated to wood fired barbecue. They specialize in food and wine pairing, with food that goes beyond typical barbecue fare (though they still make a mean brisket and tender ribs!). They create wood fired experiences and experiment beyond pork and beef on the smoker. Everything they cook is meant to be enjoyed with wine and good people.
